Bye-Bye Kilts!

The boys will no longer be attired in kilts, sadly! Turns out John's Scottish ancestor was a douche (ran off and abandoned his wife and kids) and no one wanted to wear the family tartan, which is kind of the whole point.

So instead they'll wear these gorgeous chocolate tuxes:

John and the boys will all go shopping for cowboy boots as part of their male bonding ritual. XD John wore cowboy boots like 24/7 when we first started dating...kind of odd since we were living in a seaside town at the time, but that's John for you! We joked about me and the bridesmaids wearing flip flops since that's pretty much what I wear year-round, but there are way too many cute heels to wear. XD I never get the chance to wear heels! So I will wear heels even if they kill me!

John:

We wanted John to stand a little apart from the groomsmen, and we liked the idea of him wearing an ivory vest/tie to link him to my dress. :)

The Boys:

Figured we'd keep it simple with the boys with the nice coordinating latte color.

Also I finally found my Something Old!! It has been packed up from one of my moves for the past couple years and am so relieved to have found it!
